Andrew is a Chartered Counselling & Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a Registered Coach and Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. He has over 25 years experience and frequently speaks at conferences in the UK and overseas as well as publishing many books and articles. His latest edited book comes out in January 2023 and is called ‘Occupational Health and Wellbeing; Challenges and Opportunities in Theory and Practice’. Andrew is the Professional Head of Mental Health Services at Optima Health and has been involved in delivering services to MPS. He is on the Board of the UK Employee Assistance Professionals Association (eapa.org.uk) and was awarded earlier in 2018 with an Emeritus Membership in recognition for his long-standing work in the employee assistance industry.

Dr Carolyn Lorian, PhD CPsychol, is Director of Behavioural Health Transformation at Amwell focused on transforming the way we improve accessibility of mental health interventions. As Deloitte UK’s former Workplace Wellbeing Consulting lead, she has extensive experience working with organisations across all sectors to help them reimagine their approach to workplace health and wellbeing, mental health and resilience. Passionate about innovation and scaling mental health and wellbeing, after completing her Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, she was involved in shaping the early pioneering research on internet-based CBT. She later joined one of Australia’s largest corporate psychology consultancies developing proactive approaches to improving wellbeing and resilience for individuals, teams and organisations more broadly. Since moving to the UK in 2015, she has applied her breadth of experience in clinical and business psychology to develop innovative mental health and wellbeing solutions for organisations in the UK, Europe and North America.
